  ¹ Promotion valid until - with a limit of three new customers per existing customer, of legal age, with an active Current Account (except Digital Account), Salary Account, Youth Salary Account, Pension Account, Business Account, Non-Salary Account, Youth Account or Broker Account, up to a maximum of 5,000 new accounts in total. New customers must be children of legal age, parents, siblings, grandparents or partners of the recommender. This campaign is targeted at individuals living in Spain. The deadline to make the minimum deposit of €15,000 in cash or take out any of our investment products is 30 calendar days from the date the account is opened. As an additional requirement, this minimum amount or the investment products must be maintained for the following six months. The payment of €150 to the recommended person will be made on the first business day after the 5th of the month following the month in which the promotion requirements have been met. For example, if the requirements are met on 20 May, the payment will be made on 6 June. If this requirement is not met, the new recommended customer will have to return the gross amount paid for this promotion. The recipient will be required to pay the relevant taxes on this bonus and will also meet any tax withholding or payment on account that Bankinter may be legally required to make. This bonus qualifies as monetary income subject to tax withholding and payment on account. All of the above is without prejudice to any specific tax laws and regulations in force in Navarre and the Basque Country. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.

  ² 5% interest-bearing accounts: Offer valid until -. For new and existing individual customers who live in Spain, who have not held a Salary/Pension/Business/Non-Salary/Youth Salary account at Bankinter in the 12 months before opening this new account and who must have never received remuneration for any of these accounts. For Salary/Pension/Business Accounts, customers must also have at least €800 of the salary/pension/professional income paid into the account per month. To take advantage of this promotion, the customer may not be the holder of more than two of the following accounts: Salary/Youth Salary Account, Pension Account, Business Account and Non-Salary Account.
  
  

  The maximum interest-bearing balance is €10,000. Year 1: nominal annual interest rate of 4.94% (5% AER). Year 2: nominal annual interest rate of 1.99% (2% AER). Interest paid every six months. Example for a daily balance of €10,000 in a salary account, calculated for an interest payment period of 180 days (gross remuneration): 1st six months €243.62, 2nd six months €243.62, 3rd six months €98.14, 4th six months €98.14.

  In order to earn and retain all the benefits of our Salary/Business/Pension Account, you must maintain your declared level of income and pay at least three (3) bills by direct debit per quarter. The card linked to the account must also remain active, meaning that it must be used to make at least three payments each quarter. For the Pension Account, you do not have to activate the linked credit card. For the Non-Salary account, you must pay at least 10 direct debits per quarter and spend at least €3,000 per year with the card(s) linked to the account.

  ³ If you open a Salary/Pension/Business/Non-Salary/Young Salary account, you can have up to two current accounts with no maintenance fee (NIR 0%, AER 0% calculated for a hypothetical daily balance of €10,000 held for one year). This offer is available until - for both new and existing customers, and is compatible with all of the other benefits for the Accounts.

  ⁴ Loyalty Plan Pension Plans:  Annual bonus of 0.25% of the assets in your Individual Pension Plans at year end, provided that your assets are equal to or greater than €30,000 and are held until the bonus payment date (15 February of the following year), and provided that you have made contributions of €1,500 between 1 January and 31 December. Transfers do not count as contributions. The payment of this bonus is considered to be capital gains and the gross amount is therefore subject to personal income tax. Consequently, the amount credited to your account will be the resulting net amount.

  ⁵ 5% - 2% regular contributions promotion: To qualify for the promotion you must hold a Salary, Pension, Business, Non-Salary, Youth Salary Account, Tú y Yo, Broker or Current account with Bankinter and make a regular contribution from that account of at least €50 per month to an investment fund, pension plan, EPSV or individual systematic savings plan (PIAS), or alternatively allocate €250 per month to the purchase of shares. The promotion applies exclusively to product lines where you do not currently have regular contributions and have not had them in the last 12 months. If you fail to make any of these regular minimum contributions you will not receive the bonus. First year: 5%. Second year: 2%. Monthly settlement on the total accumulated net balance: sum of regular contributions made to investment funds, pension plans, EPSVs, PIAS and shares, minus redemptions from investment funds with declared regular contributions and external transfers of investment funds, pension plans, EPSVs, PIAS and shares with declared regular contributions. The maximum bonus-bearing balance is €1,000. The following is an example for a regular monthly contribution of €100 to an investment fund over the course of 24 months. Total first year bonus: €31.26 gross. Total second year bonus: €20.04 gross.

  ⁶ 5% Plan: To activate the 5%-2% Plan you must be the holder of a Mini or Youth account and you must make a monthly contribution of at least €50 to one or more investment funds marketed by Bankinter and linked to your account. If you do not make this minimum monthly contribution, you will not receive the bonus. First year: 5%. Second year: 2%.

  Monthly bonus paid on the total balance contributed to the fund since the activation of the plan. The maximum bonus-bearing balance is €1,000. Below is a typical example for an initial subscription of €1,000 to an investment fund with a scheduled regular contribution of €50 per month for the next 23 months. Monthly bonus the first year: €4.17 (total annual bonus: 50,04€). Monthly bonus the second year: €1.67 (total annual bonus: 20,04€). This promotion is valid for all Mini and Youth accounts opened before -.

  ⁷ Broker Account: Promotion valid until - or up to a maximum of 40,000 new accounts. Nominal annual interest rate of 1,99% (2% AER). Leap year quarterly settlement. For a sample daily balance of €5,000 in a Broker Account, the gross remuneration calculated for a quarterly settlement period would be: 1st quarter: €24.74, 2nd quarter: €24.74, 3rd quarter: €25.01, 4th quarter: €25.01.

  To be eligible for this remuneration, you must perform at least 10 buy/sell trades on the market each calendar quarter via any of the channels available for arranging the products offered by Bankinter Broker at any given time. Trades performed using accounts (securities, derivatives and/or fixed income) linked to the Broker Account and any other Bankinter account you hold or jointly hold will be taken into account when calculating the number of trades. The promotion does not include currency trades or trades using delegated portfolio management services. You must also pay a standard custody fee on the securities account linked to the Broker Account and on all securities accounts you hold or hold jointly with others.

  Only one Broker Account is permitted per customer, who must be a private individual resident in Spain. This account is not available to Bankinter Group employees and agents. The currency of the Broker account is the euro.

  ⁸ Securities transfer promotion: Promotion valid until - for securities accounts with standard terms and conditions, applicable to securities and ETFs listed on the Electronic Trading Market and international markets. The minimum will be 20 euros per security code if the cash value of the transferred portfolio is 18,000 euros or more, and 8 euros if it is below 18,000 euros. For more than one securities transfer carried out in a 12-month period, the minimum fee per security code transferred will not apply, only 0.10% of the cash value of the securities transferred. Promotion valid for accounts that have been held for at least 12 months. If this requirement is not fulfilled, the bonus must be returned. Applicable only to accounts with standard terms and conditions and without the Broker 0 service.
