No, the EURO 6000 Plus programme is completely free of charge - yet another advantage of your Bankinter cards.
How do cashback purchases work?
Cashback purchases must be made on the EURO 6000 Plus platform by following the link that appears next to each offer. If you make the payment through the merchant's app or website, you won't get a cashback.
How do I know which offers have cashbacks?
It's very easy as they will always be identified with the word “reembolso” (cashback).
How are cashbacks generated?
When you purchase the product or book the service, a “pending cashback” is generated for the amount indicated in the offer.
What are the deadlines for receiving a refund?
The refund amount will be paid into your account on the 15th of each month, based on the conditions below:
- For product purchases: Once between 45 and 120 days after purchase.
- For the provision of services (for example, a flight): After 30 to 60 days have passed since the service was provided.
- In addition, to receive the refund in your current account, you must have accumulated a minimum of €3 as “.pending refunds”.
What happens if the 15th, the day when the cashbacks are made, isn't a business day?
In that case, the cashback will be made on the next business day.
How can I check the status of my cashbacks?
You can check their status in the “My cashbacks” section on the EURO 6000 Plus platform.
Where are cashbacks made?
Cashbacks are paid into the Bankinter current account you select the first time you access the EURO 6000 Plus platform.
