Cashback purchases must be made on the EURO 6000 Plus platform by following the link that appears next to each offer. If you make the payment through the merchant's app or website, you won't get a cashback.

It's very easy as they will always be identified with the word “reembolso” (cashback).

When you purchase the product or book the service, a “pending cashback” is generated for the amount indicated in the offer.

The refund amount will be paid into your account on the 15th of each month, based on the conditions below:
- For product purchases: Once between 45 and 120 days after purchase.
- For the provision of services (for example, a flight): After 30 to 60 days have passed since the service was provided.
- In addition, to receive the refund in your current account, you must have accumulated a minimum of €3 as “.pending refunds”.
