Yes, there can be multiple account holders:
- To add a second account holder, you can invite another person to be a co-holder during the registration process. Please note that both account holders must digitally sign the contract in order to open the account.
- If you want to open the account with 3 or more holders, you will need to complete the contract from this link, instead of in the Bankinter app.

Yes, if you have started the application process but can't finish it, you can resume it whenever you want from any device. Just login through the above option (“I've started the account application process”) and follow the steps. It's very simple!

If you've started the process to open the account and can't retrieve your temporary passwords, call us on 900 816 833 and we'll give them to you again.
If you didn't finish opening your account (either online or at one of our branches), don't worry! You can pick up the process here and carry on from where you left it.
If you finished the first step of the process (i.e. registration) but can't remember your username and password, select “I've started the account opening process” and then click on “I've forgotten my username and/or password”. We'll ask you to enter a few details and in a matter of seconds you'll receive your new username and password to log into your private area again and continue the process.

Promotion valid for new customers and existing customers who meet the following conditions
- Be a natural person (not a company) and live in Spain.
- Not have been the holder of a Salary/Pension/Business/Non-Salary/Youth Salary Account during the last 12 months.
- Not having received remuneration for any of these accounts.
- Pay a salary of at least €800 net into the account per month.
- Make three payments (any amount) with your new card per quarter.
- Set up at least three direct debits per quarter.

The payment will be made automatically every six months from the date you open the account. Remember, the maximum interest-bearing balance is €10,000€ and you will get 5% AER the first year and 2% AER the second year.

Your account will yield interest in the first two years. After that, you won't get interest anymore but you will still get all the other benefits of the Salary Account. You'll keep your free card and the two additional current accounts included in the promotion, which you can open for free and add whoever you want as joint holder. We'll continue to waive fees for maintenance, cash withdrawals from our ATM network and debit transfers in Spain and the EU, so you'll still save around €70 per year.

Yes, but there are two conditions:
- More than 12 months must have passed since you closed your Salary/Pension/Business/Non-Salary/Youth account.
- You must never have received interest on those accounts.
