This is how it works:

Request management of the remittance by completing the form on our website. If the remittance has been performed previously, you can save time and reuse the data. From now on, you will be able to tracking the status of your transaction:
- 1. Requested.
- 2. Under review.
- 3. In process
- We are reviewing the documents. If we need any additional information, we will let you know by e-mail, so that you can update it via the Remote Office. When everything is ready, you can download the delivery notes and the letter of instructions to attach to the original documents.
- In parallel, we will also create a record with the logistics company so that the documents can be collected directly from your company. It's that easy, without moving from your company.

By simply being a Bankinter Corporate customer. If that's your case, just go to the foreign trade section and select imp/exp – export – order. A form will pop up for you to enter your remittances.

What are the business hours?
You can order online export remittances at any time and any day of the week.
Can I check the status of my export remittance?
There's an enquiry section where you can track your remittance from the moment it's collected by the logistics company. A link will then direct you to DHL where you can follow the remittance while it's in transit. You can also check our website to track collection and payment.
