If my corporate card expires, how do I get a new one?
All cards are issued with an expiry date. At least 30 days before that date, we'll send a new card to your address to ensure you can always use this payment system.
When will the amount be charged to my bank account?
The amount on each Bankinter corporate card and Via T card will be debited from the linked account between the 1st and 5th day of the following month.
Can I set different spending limits for each employee?
Yes. Bankinter corporate cards allow you to adjust and modify the spending limits of each card according to business needs, increasing or decreasing the limits at any time. This gives you greater control over the spending of each employee or cardholder.
Can I turn on and off an employee's card without cancelling it?

Differences between available balance and balance drawn
The balance drawn is the sum of the transactions that are already officially recorded in the monthly statement. The balance drawn at the end of the month is the amount that will be charged to the linked account. However, the available balance is the amount you still have available for your corporate expenses this month. It's the result of subtracting the authorised balance and the balance drawn from your card limit.
What's the credit limit and do I modify it?
It's the maximum amount you can spend per month with your credit card.
