Show/Hide legal textProgramme funded by the European Union's Next Generation EU and the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan, supported by the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation through the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (SEDIA) and EOI, to provide financial training to the customers of partner companies. As a partner company, we want to clarify that:
Cost of the Programme: The cost of the training programme is met entirely by the government. The partner company does not incur any financial expenses in the implementation and performance of the programme.Delivery of the training: The training is run by approved business schools with the due recognition and accreditation selected by the government. These business schools are remunerated directly by the government for each student registered, without any involvement or economic relationship for the partner company.
The role of the partner company: The partner company, acting through its B2B agency, acts solely as an intermediary to connect the customers and the approved business schools. Our involvement is limited to providing information about the programme and promoting it among our customers. We are not involved in administering the funds involved.
No economic benefit: The partner company does not receive any type of financial remuneration for implementation or performance of the Digital Generation Programme. There is no financial relationship between the partner company and the business schools approved for the programme. We do not receive any remuneration for customers participating in the programme.
The partner company is, therefore, released from any liability with regard to the Digital Generation Programme, including, but not limited to, financial, academic and management aspects. Any query, claim or request for additional information about the programme should be addressed to the competent authorities designated by the government.
