What conditions must I meet to open a Tú y Yo Account?
- Tú y Yo Account: an account for two holders. Both holders must already have a current account at Bankinter, one of which must be a Salary/Business/Pension/Youth Salary or Non-Salary Account.
- You may only hold one Tú y Yo Account, and the Tú y Yo account must always have two holders.
- Both of you must be individuals living in Spain.
You can choose from more than 17,000 ATMs for free debit card cash withdrawals.

There are only three conditions:
- There must be two holders, both of whom must be resident in Spain
- Each holder must have at least one account with Bankinter
- At least one of the holders must have a Salary, Pension, Business, Young Salary or Non-salary Account
And that's it! You do not have to pay bills by direct debit or make minimum deposits to open a Tú y Yo Account.

Opening an account is simple and 100% online. There's no paperwork involved and you can do it wherever suits you best
- Download the Bankinter app and select “I want to become a customer”
- Fill out the form with your information: personal and employment details.
- Verify your identity using video identification.
- Choose the type of account you want to open.
- Digitally sign the contract and you're done! You now have an account with Bankinter. All that remains is to create a password so you can start performing transactions.
If for any reason you have to interrupt the process, you can always resume it at any time.
And if you change your mind, you will have 14 days (from signature of the contract) to exercise your right of withdrawal. Simply let us know by phone or email, or by visiting a branch.

To start opening your new account online, you will need the following:
- Your valid ID card
- A Spanish mobile phone number (+34)
- A mobile device with a camera (for video identification)

The Youth Account includes a credit card with no issuance or maintenance fees, which you can request once you open the account.
