Tú y Yo account requirements
Both of you must be individuals living in Spain.
The account must have two holders, each of whom must open and maintain an active current account at Bankinter; at least one of them must be a payroll/professional/pension account or a non-payroll account.
To be able to open the Tú y Yo Account, you must first activate your Payroll/Professional/Pension or Non-Payroll Account.
The same person may only hold one Tú y Yo Account.
What do I have to do with my direct debits?
Very little. You just have to provide us with a copy of each of them and sign the authorisation document to change the direct debit. The bank will take care of the rest.
Can I withdraw cash with my card?
You can withdraw cash from your account without a fee2 from more than 14,000 ATMs, including those of Bankinter, red Euro 6000, Banco Popular, Grupo Cajas Rurales, Deutsche Bank, Grupo Cajamar, Laboral Kutxa, Banco Pastor, Banca March, Targo Bank and Euro Automatic Cash.
11To access and keep the advantages and products linked to the Tú y Yo account, both holders must have a current account with Bankinter and at least one of those accounts must be a payroll/professional/pension or non-payroll account. The Tú y Yo account is non-interest bearing (0% APR). The Tú y Yo account must have two holders. Only one Tú y Yo account is permitted per person.

Bankinter will not charge you any fees for debit card cash withdrawals, regardless of the amount withdrawn, as long as you take out the cash at any Bankinter ATM or those of any of the following banks: Grupo Cajas Rurales, Deutsche Bank, Grupo Cajamar, Laboral Kutxa, Banco Pastor, Targo Bank and Euro Automatic Cash and the entire EURO 6000 ATM network: CajaSur Banco, EVO Bank, CECABANK, CARDTRONICS, Caixa Ontiyent, Liberbank, Liberbank Banco de Castilla-La Mancha, Colonya Caixa Pollença, ABANCA, Ibercaja, Kutxabank, Unicaja and EspañaDuero.

The data you provide us with will be processed to receive information about the corresponding request and, as applicable, formally enter into a contract for the product of interest to you.

The data provided will not be transferred to third parties, unless there is a legally obligation to do so.
5. For how long will we process your data?
Unless you have stated otherwise, we will keep your data for a period of six months. As soon as they are no longer necessary for the purposes described above, the data will be blocked for the period for which they may be required for carrying out, or defending, administrative or legal actions, and they may only be unblocked and processed again for this purpose. Once this period has elapsed, the data will be cancelled definitively.
6. What are your rights in relation to the processing of your data?
You may exercise your rights at any time to access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction of processing and portability of the data in the circumstances and scope established by the applicable legislation currently in force.
