Pension Account Conditions
The interest paid on the pension account is 4.94% nominal in the first year (5% AER). During the second year, the nominal remuneration will be 1.99% (2% APR). The AER has been calculated taking into account that the Payroll Account has no fees. The amount resulting from each half-yearly settlement will be subject to the withholding percentage stipulated in tax regulations, as it is treated as a capital gain.
The maximum daily balance for interest payment will not be higher than €5,000, no matter if there is more than one direct debit pension in the same account.
Interest will begin to be paid on the account as soon as the first pension income equal to or greater than the amount declared in the application is registered.
