What do I have to do to move my direct debits to my new account?
Very little. All you have to do is send us with a copy of each of them and sign the authorisation document to change address. The bank will take care of the rest.
Can I apply for a credit or debit card?
Yes. Also, we have lots of different types of cards with different features and payment options.
Can I ask for a chequebook?
Yes.
How can I get my money?
You can do it through our branches, chequebook or card. You can also use the Hal Cash service to send money instantly via your mobile phone and withdraw it at the ATMs associated with this service.
