Financial inclusion: a bank for all

We take everything into account.
We take you into account.

Because we're all different and we all need different things, at Bankinter we strive to develop products, resources and technology that ensure no one is left out.

Inclusión social

We think of all ages:

Inclusión social en todas las edades

We think of young people

Designing products and tools to play and experiment, to teach them to manage their future responsibly.

For young people

We make their lives easier with interest-bearing accounts, interest-bearing savings plans and provide them with special mortgage conditions, with a rental savings plan... Every little thing counts!

For Seniors

Helping them in their day-to-day lives with tools that give them what they value most: time: And rewarding the effort of your work, regardless of whether you are a self-employed worker, receive a salary or have an irregular source of income.

For seniors

Seniors over the age of 65 will receive preferential treatment because they deserve it and because we are all responsible for looking after them. Likewise, with regard to their pension, they can benefit from the same conditions as those who are still working.

We think that, to improve, some things must not change:

  • We keep our branches open.
You can find a branch in every province, whether large or small.
  • We are keeping our cashier services open at the usual times.
With no restrictions. We will be there to help you, regardless of what you need.

  • We continue to offer a personalised service.
    A customer, a personal manager.
  • We still have the largest network of ATMs.
So you can find one when you need it.

We think about the different abilities:

Digital accessibility

Our accessibility policy is based on the UNE-EN 301549:2019 standard, which defines the accessibility requirements for digital content. We comply with this standard on our individual retail banking, corporate banking, Broker and Roboadvisor portals and on our corporate website.

Physical accessibility

We implement the Universal Accessibility Management System (SGAU), a commitment to ensure that everyone can interact with Bankinter through accessible facilities and means, regardless of their abilities.

Cognitive accessibility

We are committed to helping people acquire the necessary financial knowledge to achieve good financial health. Regardless of their age or abilities.

And, since we are optimists, we think that the future can always be better:

This is why we are constantly committed to education, also financial education. A well-educated society will always be a society that makes progress.
