The risk level of every Bankinter pension plan is described in detail on our website www.bankinter.com, which contains a specific section for each plan. You can check the risk level of your pension plan in the related prospectus, in compliance with order ECC/2316/2015.

You may only cash in or surrender your plan if you are faced with any of the liquidity contingencies or exceptional circumstances stipulated in the regulations on pension plans and funds.

The value of the rights of transfer, pension benefits and exceptional liquidity circumstances depends on the market value of the pension fund assets and may result in significant losses.

¹ Pension Plan Transfer: Offer valid from 01.03.2024 until 30.04.2024. The bonus is 4% gross for pension plan transfers equal to or greater than €50,000 and 3% gross for transfers from pension plans if the amount is less than €50,000 and equal to or greater than €1,000 of the net balance of incoming and outgoing transfers requested during the promotion period. It will be paid on 31 May 2024 (except for any transfers which, due to administrative delays at the issuing banks, reach Bankinter after 20 May 2024). If, in addition, the transfer is made to any of the Premium Range pension plans and remains in said range throughout the entire duration of the commitment, the customer will receive an additional 0,5% on the amount transferred. And an additional 0.5% if you also purchase a PIAS (Individual Systematic Savings Plan) through Bankinter and keep it for at least 12 months. The maximum bonus will be €7,000 gross. You must keep your Bankinter pension plan until 31.12.2030. The payment of this bonus is considered to be capital gains and the gross amount is therefore subject to personal income tax. Consequently, the amount credited to your account will be the resulting net amount. This offer does not apply to transfers of the following pension plans: Bk Inversión Monetario, Bankinter Roboadvisor Conservador, Bankinter Roboadvisor Moderado and Bankinter Roboadvisor Dinámico. If during the commitment period you reduce your vested/economic rights at the bonus date of this campaign, whether through the total or partial transfer to another bank, the transfer of the excluded pension plans stated above or the redemption of your vested/economic rights, you will be obliged to return the total gross amount of the bonus received.
