Who is the landlord and the tenant?

The landlord is the natural or legal person who signs a lease agreement to assign the use of a home, for a specified time and a certain price. For the purposes of this policy, it is the policyholder and the insured.

The lessee or tenant is the person who is assigned the right to use someone else's home by signing a lease, in exchange for payment of the agreed rent.
