You need a Coordinates Card to view and perform transactions through telephone banking, the website and our app. If you don't have one, you can request it through:

- Go to “Profile and Security” and choose the option “Credential Management”.
- In the “Manage Coordinates Card” menu click on “Request New Card”.

Content Our app- On the home screen, go to “Menu” and tap “My data”.
- Open “Credential Management” and select “Coordinates Card”.
- Tap “Request New Card”.
