How do I get a PIN reminder or activate, deactivate or duplicate my credit card?

How do I retrieve the PIN for my debit or credit card?

Both in Mobile and Web Banking: On the “Global position” screen, select the card for which you've forgotten the PIN. Next, go to the 'Options' menu and select 'Check/Retrieve PIN'.

How can I activate my card?

Both in Mobile and Web Banking: On the “Global position” screen, select the card you want to activate. Click “Options/Configure/Activate card”.

How do I temporarily disable or block a card?

Both in Mobile and Web Banking: On the “Global position” screen, select the card you want to disable/block. Next, go to the 'Options' menu and select 'Settings/Turn off or block card permanently'.

How do I request a duplicate card?

Both in Mobile and Web Banking: On the “Global position” screen, select the card for which you want a duplicate. Next, in the Options menu, select Online Banking->Request duplicate. Once you request a duplicate, your card will be blocked and we will send you a new (deactivated) card by regular mail to your home address.

Remember that this information is only for cards associated with Bankinter accounts.
