How do I make, cancel and query a transfer?
How do I send a transfer?
You can send transfers easily and quickly from both Mobile Banking and the website.
- Go to “Global position”.
- Select “Send funds/New transfer”.
- Choose the source account and enter the beneficiary's details, IBAN, amount and description.
- If you want to repeat a transfer you have already sent, click “Send funds/View funds sent” and select the three-dot drop-drown menu for the transfer you want to repeat. Next, click “Reuse transfer”.
How do I cancel a transfer?
For both Mobile Banking and the website:
- Go to “Global position”.
- Select “Send funds/View funds sent”.
- Click on the three dots of the transfer you want to cancel. If cancellation is possible, the 'Cancel' option will appear in the drop-down menu.
How do I view/change a regular transfer?
For both Mobile Banking and the website:
- Go to “Global position”.
- Select “Send funds/View funds sent”.
- Next, select “Regular transfers”.
- Select the transfer you want to view or change and click on the three-dot drop-down menu to view the options.
The 'Change' and 'Cancel' options are only available from the website. You can't perform these actions through the app.
