Insurance
Does rental protection insurance have a deductible for non-payment of rent?
Unless otherwise agreed, the policy always includes a deductible, through which the insured is always responsible for the full amount of the first monthly rent payment not paid by the tenant.
The company will cover the amount above this deductible up to a maximum of twelve monthly payments per claim, and up to the limit insured in the policy, provided that this is stipulated in the policy.
