For both Mobile Banking and the website: On the “Global position” screen, select the card for which you've forgotten the PIN. Next, go to the 'Options' menu and select 'Check/Retrieve PIN'.

For both Mobile Banking and the website: On the “Global position” screen, select the card you want to activate. Click “Options/Configure/Activate card”.
How do I temporarily disable or block a card?
For both Mobile Banking and the website: On the “Global position” screen, select the card you want to disable/block. Next, go to the 'Options' menu and select 'Settings/Turn off or block card permanently'.
How do I request a duplicate card?
Once you have completed this transaction, your card will be blocked and we'll send you a new deactivated card by post to your home address. For both Mobile Banking and the website: On the “Global position” screen, select the card for which you want a duplicate. Next, in the 'Options' menu, select 'Online Banking/Request duplicate'.
