With our Telephone Banking service, you have a Virtual Agent available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to answer and expedite all your doubts, questions or requests on your mind. Shall we begin?
How do I access the Virtual Agent?
The first thing you need to do to access our service is call one of these numbers: 91 657 88 00 or 900 813 847.
Then the Virtual Agent will request your National ID (DNI) / Foreigner ID (NIE) / Passport and will ask you: how can I help you? If your question requires authentication, it will ask you for your four-digit Telephone Banking Personal Access Code. If you do not remember it, you can find it in the private area of the website/app or change it to a new code using expressions such as:
Change my access code
Recover my PAC
You will also be able to authenticate yourself with a Security Key that we will send to the device you have informed us about for signing transactions at Bankinter.
For some operations, we may also ask you for a coordinate on your Key Card. Remember to have it on hand!
And if I am over 65? You have a manager just for you
The Virtual Agent will offer you a team of personal managers to assist you, within the business hours:
We will ask for your ID / NIE / Passport to verify your age.
You can say it one number at a time or enter it on your phone's keypad.
The letter is not necessary.
If you reach the age requirements and need it, your call will be transferred to the care team for people over 65, available from Monday to Friday, from 8.00 to 22.00.
How can I help you?
When you hear these words, respond by explaining briefly the reason for your call: I want to check my movements, my credit card has been stolen, etc.
Avoid using phrases like: talk to an agent, I want you to put me through an operator. If we know the reason for your call, we can help you better and transfer you to the specialised team if necessary, as long as it is within customer service hours.
Now you can access all the advantages of our Virtual Agent: perform operations with your cards, accounts, investment funds, locate and get information on Bankinter branches, etc.

What operations can I perform with my accounts?
With your accounts, you can use the Virtual Agent to perform the following operations:
Transfer money between your accounts.
Transfer money to another Bankinter account belonging to another holder.
What if I need a document, proof or certificate?
You can find this information on the Bakinter website and app. The Virtual Agent will offer to send you an email to help you obtain this information, taking you to the exact point on the web to do so, once you have verified your identity.
You will be able to access:
Request a certificate.
Download tax information.
Proof of direct debits and transfers.
What operations can I perform with my cards?
With your cards, you can use the Virtual Agent to perform the following operations:
Check your card's available credit limit.
Check your pending and completed transactions.
Activate a new card that you have received.
Block a card due to loss or theft.
Temporarily turn off a card.
Turn it on.
Check your card PIN.
What operations can I perform with my investment funds?
With your funds, you can carry out the following operations:
