What is it the early diagnosis programme for breast disease and what is included with the health insurance?
It is a programme aimed at women over 40 years of age, who have not had children or who had their first child after the age of 35, who had menarche (first period) before the age of 12, who had menopause after the age of 50, who are undergoing hormonal treatment and who have a history of breast disease or a family history of breast cancer.
The programme includes:
- Risk analysis of the Insured.
- Consultation and examination by a specialist.
- Breast ultrasound.
- Clinical report with diagnosis, risk assessment and recommendations.
