With Healthcare Plus insurance, the Insured can choose between professionals of all specialities and medical centres from a medical guide without having to make any payments, except for those services that have a deductible. 

With Expense Reimbursement insurance, you can choose to use the same medical guide or choose the professional or centre freely, with the Insured paying the amount of the assistance in advance, which will later be reimbursed by the insurance company in the percentage established in the policy.
