These are large-scale strategic projects that require collaboration between administrations, companies and research centres.

Aimed at producing cleaner energy with innovative technologies such as offshore wind power, optimising take-up through the use of smart electrical networks, and storing the energy we produce more efficiently thanks to renewable hydrogen and storage systems.
The target recipients are companies or consortiums with related projects that generate greater economic return and employment in the short term, with continuity in the medium and long term, and that respect the environment.
A total of €16.37bn will be allocated to this PERTE, between public contributions and private investment, which will generate around 280,000 new jobs.
The call for projects will be announced in 2022 and 2023. They will be selected in the same time frame and are expected to run from this year until 2026.

The aim of this PERTE is to provide the Agri-food sector with the necessary financing and instruments to promote its competitiveness and sustainability, and to improve food traceability and safety with measures that strengthen the role of women in the sector and address the demographic challenge existing in rural parts of the country.
It comprises three core areas of action:
- Transformation of the industrial chain to improve traceability, sustainability, competitiveness and food safety. €400mn
- Gradual digitalisation of the sector and the agents that make up the value chain. €454.53mn
- R+D+I applied to the Agri-food sector €148.56mn
All with the aim of generating the following impact:
- Economic impact of €3bn on GDP.
- Environmental impact: Reduction of emissions and promotion of a circular economy.
- Social impact: creation of employment and attraction of population to rural areas.

This PERTE has an investment of 492 million euros in aid, which is expected to mobilise more than 1.2 billion by 2026. It seeks to accelerate the transition towards a more efficient and sustainable production system in the use of commodities by optimising resources and minimising waste.
The circular economy will generate at least 70,000 jobs in Spain related to the recycling, repair and service sectors, and will reduce the Spanish economy's external dependence on commodities.
Most of the subsidies will go to sectors that are addressing sustainability challenges, such as textiles, plastics and capital goods for renewable energy. The aid will also promote eco-design, reuse and waste management, and the digitalisation of companies to improve competitiveness and innovation.
This strategic project focuses on two lines of action:
- Actions on key sectors: textiles, plastics and capital goods for the renewable energy industry.
- Transversal actions to promote the circular economy in the business world. It includes aid aimed at projects to promote the circular economy in any sector that requires support to complement its efforts. The aid will be distributed in four categories aimed at the reduction of commodity consumption, the development of eco-design, waste management and digitalisation.
This Circular Economy PERTE shares synergies with others that have already been rolled out such as Renewable Energies, Renewable Hydrogen and Storage (ERHA), Agri-food, and Electric and Connected Vehicles.
See The Microelectronics and Semiconductors PERTE The Microelectronics and Semiconductors PERTE
It sets out to bolster the design and production capacities of the Spanish microelectronics and semiconductors industry, in order to promote national and EU strategic autonomy within this sector, in line with the provisions of the European Chips Act recently proposed by the European Commission.
The Chip PERTE will be developed around four strategic pillars that cover the entire value chain: Starting with research, planning and design, continuing with subsequent production and ending with actions that boost the industry.
The PERTE will receive public investment of 12.250 billion euros up until 2027, with a multiplying effect on private investment expected.

Purpose
Grants for carrying out renovation works on buildings in demographic-challenge villages (less than 5,000 inhabitants), aimed at reducing CO2 emissions and energy consumption.

- Individuals or public or private companies that own existing buildings, irrespective of use.
- Residents' associations or groups of associations that own residential buildings.
- Operating companies, tenants or concessionaires of buildings, which proof of this status.
- Energy service companies or providers of these services.
- Local entities and public sector institutions.

Availability: Until 31 December 2023 or until the amount allocated to the autonomous community has been used up, if this happens first.
