Bankinter, S.A. is a member of the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Credit Institutions of Spain. The maximum amount currently guaranteed by this fund is €100,000 per depositor.

Each investment fund has its own risk flag, which may be higher.

5% Plan

A plan for you to start investing. A plan for your future.

What's the plan? It's an idea that Bankinter has come up with to encourage you to invest in the easiest possible way so you'll hardly notice you're doing it. The 5% Plan rewards the contributions you make each month from your Mini or Youth account to investment funds. A plan for a university course, a trip abroad or perhaps a new computer.

Remember that with investment funds, you may not get back what you invest.

Up to 5% per year

During the first year.

Up to 2% per year

During the second year.

Monthly bonus

You'll get a monthly bonus on the cumulative balance in the investment fund. The maximum bonus-bearing balance is €1,000.

Up to 5% during the first
12 months.

From only €50

You don't have to invest a lot to get your bonus. Each month that you invest a minimum of €50, we'll pay the bonus in to your account.

Invest and get back more

The 5% Plan rewards the cumulative balance in the investment fund based on all the contributions of at least €50 that you make during the first year, up to a maximum of €1,000. The maximum bonus-bearing balance is €1,000.

What if one month you don't invest?

The 5% Plan isn't a commitment. It simply encourages you to invest. There's no obligation to make a contribution if you can't.

And after the first 12 months?

We know how hard it is to create a new habit. So to encourage you to keep it up, after the first 12 months the 5% Plan automatically becomes the 2% Plan.
