And how is the project financed?

The funds are paid once the work is completed but, with our loan for homeowner associations, you can get up to 100% of financing for your upgrade project.

  • You can repay it in monthly instalments for up to 12 years.
  • 100% online application process.
  • Grace period of up to 24 months.
  • If the loan is less than €300,000, there won't be any need for a notary.
  • No other link to Bankinter.
  • A loan for your homeowner association, whether or not you have applied for aid.

To apply for and formalise the loan, the following documents must be provided:

  • Community Tax ID Number and photocopy of the President of the Community's ID card.
  • Copy of the minutes of the homeowners' association certified by the secretary or administrator where the following is detailed:
    • - Conformity to the project to be carried out by the Community.
    • - Conformity for the request and future signing of the financing with Bankinter
  • Certificate issued by the administrator of the Community's default in which the detail of the amounts owed by the various owners is provided.
  • Last closing of accounts.
  • Detailed budget of the installation to be financed.
