That's what our Residents' Association Loan is for. It's designed specifically to offer financing to associations that want or need to carry out general and energy efficiency improvements. So they can carry them out even if they're short on funds or the surcharge is too high.

The maximum amount to request: 1.000.000€

Reimbursement period: up to 10 years with monthly repayment.

All those projects that aim to save energy and energy efficiency. We list some:
  • Installation of facades and roofs.
  • Installation of photovoltaic solar panels.
  • Cost sharing facilities.
  • Change of central boilers.
  • Replacement of lights with LED system.
  • Installation of charging points for electric cars.

To apply for and formalise the loan, the following documents must be provided:

  • Community Tax ID Number and photocopy of the President of the Community's ID card.
  • Copy of the minutes of the homeowners' association certified by the secretary or administrator where the following is detailed:
    • Conformity to the project to be carried out by the Community.
    • Conformity for the request and future signing of the financing with Bankinter
  • Certificate issued by the administrator of the Community's default in which the detail of the amounts owed by the various owners is provided.
  • Community bank statement for the last 24 months.
  • Last closing of accounts.
  • Detailed budget of the installation to be financed.

Loan aimed exclusively at homeowners' associations wishing to finance energy efficiency projects within their community.

  • Loan amount: up to €1,000,000.
  • Repayment period: up to 10 years.
  • Depreciation: monthly.

For the loan to be granted, a current account will have to be opened with Bankinter in the name of the community, to which the remittances of the community fees must be paid by direct debit.
