What steps do I have to follow to open my Payroll Account?

Opening a Salary Account is very simple, you can do it online here. You can also do it by visiting one of our branches. Whatever channel you choose, we will always be there to help you throughout the process.

Once you have registered as a client and opened your Payroll Account, you have 3 months to make your first payroll deposit. If after this period you do not make any deposits under this concept, the account will lose its status as a Payroll Account and will become a standard current account, losing the specific conditions and products associated with it.

How do I change my direct debits?

No problem! At Bankinter we have the direct debit management service. you can transfer all your bills from the comfort of your home in less than three minutes, all without having to visit a branch.

Will you accept any transfer as my salary?

No, sorry, that's not possible. We define a salary as monthly income received by cheque or transfer from someone other than the account holder.
