How do I add my card to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay from the app?

It is very simple. Just go into the details of your card and click Add to Apple Pay, Google Pay or Samsung Pay, depending on your device.

The wallet you have installed will open and you will simply have to follow the instructions.

How can I activate anti-fraud alerts?

Once you are connected to the app, in the bottom menu click on “Notifications”, then click on (+) and choose the option “Activate notifications on this device”.

Forgot your PIN?

We securely remind you through our app or website:

In the app, go into your card details, click on (+), then choose “I want to make another transaction” and finally click on “Check PIN”.

On the website, within your card details, click on “Consult” and select “Recall PIN”.

If you want to change it for another number that you can easily remember, you can do so at a Bankinter ATM or any other ATM with a “Change PIN” feature. You will have to insert your card in the ATM to carry out this operation.
