How do I retrieve my Personal Access Code (PAC)?

To identify you when you call telephone banking, we'll ask you for an access code called PAC (Personal Access Code). Don't worry if you can't remember it. You can easily retrieve it as follows:

  • In your overall position, click on your name.
  • Go to “Profile and Security” and choose the option “Credential Management”.
  • Finally, click the “View” icon that appears to the right of the “Telephone Banking Personal Access Code” option.

  • On the home screen, go to “Menu” and tap “My data”.
  • Go to “Credential Management” and tap the “View” icon that appears to the right of the “Telephone Banking Personal Access Code” option.

If you want to change your PAC, select the "Edit" icon in this menu.

Remember: we'll ask you for a coordinate and a security code that we'll send by SMS to your phone to confirm all your transactions.
