Bankinter expands its campaign for fee-free ETF purchases and introduces discounts for periodic investment
The Bank has renewed its alliance with prestigious international asset managers until 30 October to offer ETFs without purchase fees, adding Vanguard as a new partner.
It has also launched free ETF training in partnership with BlackRock, DWS, Fidelity, J.P. Morgan Morgan Asset Management, PIMCO and WisdomTree.
Customers will be able to activate the new “Periodic ETF Purchases” feature, allowing them to automate their investment and unlock a discount on the minimum custody fee of the selected fund.
Bankinter will propose the largest dividend in its history at the Annual General Meeting: 545 million euros in cash
The Bank will propose the payment on 2 April of a final dividend of 0.15 euros per share, making a total dividend of 0.606 euros per share for 2025.
The total amount of 545 million euros is equivalent to 50% of the profit and reinforces a stable and predictable shareholder remuneration policy.
The Bank is convening its Annual General Meeting on 26 March in a virtual format to facilitate shareholder attendance and for efficiency reasons.

The new service reinforces Bankinter's digitalisation of its Wealth Management division, an area that manages more than 84 billion euros in assets.

The bank reports improvements across all customer business metrics: the loan book grows by 5%, retail funds by 6%, and off-balance-sheet managed funds once again deliver an outstanding performance, rising 19%.
Gross operating income (which comprises total revenues) exceeds 3 billion euros for the first time, recording a 5% year-on-year increase.
A sound business model, as reflected in the bank’s management ratios: ROE (return on equity) climbs to 18.9%, with a ROTE of 20%; CET1 capital stands at 12.72%; the cost-to-income ratio drops to 36.1%; and the NPL ratio declines to 1.94%.
