Bankinter wins the ‘Alembeeks Award’ for the best disclosure of corporate governance information
The bank is recognised for its corporate governance transparency with a ‘Best Governance Disclosure’ award.
Bankinter earned the Alembeeks Award for ‘Best Governance Disclosure’. Alembeeks Group, a consulting firm for annual general meeting voting, has recognised the quality of the contents of the bank's annual corporate governance report.
To select its award-wining companies, its panel of corporate governance analysts assessed them based on certain criteria such as the materiality, clarity, effectiveness and strategic and contextualised perspective of the various statements issued by Spanish listed companies.
The awards given out by Alembeeks Group are for Spanish companies that follow the best practices in financial and non-financial reporting.
