Consolidation of the Single Insurance Account

2024 was the year of consolidation of the Single Insurance Account. As of 31 December, more than 10,000 customers were benefiting from its advantages: monthly payment of insurance premiums at no cost and access to great discounts for customers with insurance policies taken out with Bankinter.

Important steps were also taken in the digitalisation of the Insurance and Pensions business, improving the processes for taking out insurance in the life and home insurance policy lines, while expanding the bank's digital products and services.

In the case of pension plans and EPSVs (voluntary social security entities), it is worth highlighting the launch of BK Self-Employed, a simplified employment pension plan for the self-employed. The year ended with a new record for customer wealth, exceeding 3.6 billion euros.
