Improved profitability

In 2024, the Agent Network contributed 59 million euros to Bankinter's pre-tax profit, an improvement of 12% compared to the previous year. The network is made up of over 350 professionals, who partner with the bank to offer financial services, with 46,990 active customers as of 31 December, 4.2% more than in 2023.

The average balance managed by the agents increased to 65 million euros in 2024, thanks to the increased demands and professionalisation of profiles. In 2024, significant figures were achieved in the balance of investment funds, reaching 10.3 billion euros, representing a 16.41% increase.

The customer credit volume also increased from 1.9 billion to 2 billion euros, a 3.7% increase.
