Bankinter launches a new investment fund: 'Bankinter IBEX Rentas Garantizado'
With the capital guaranteed and an additional return referenced to the performance of the IBEX 35 index and with payment of annuities.
The subscription period for this 6-years-and-5-months guaranteed fund will be open commission-free until 15 March.
Bankinter has started to market a new investment fund: Bankinter IBEX Rentas Garantizado, FI, that completes the offer of investment products of its management company, Bankinter Gestión de Activos.
This fund guarantees, within a period of 6 years and 5 months, 100% of the initial capital—that of the value of the unit holding on 15 March 2019—, plus six gross annual payments of 0.35% each on said initial investment or maintained investment (discounting the voluntary reimbursements made by the unit holder). These payments will be made through mandatory redemptions on 4 August each year from 2020 to 2025.
Likewise, in the last redemption, an additional 1% can be obtained on said initial investment or held investment, if the average of the closing prices of the IBEX 35 on 17, 18 and 21 July 2025 is equal to or greater than that of the initial price of this index: 18 March 2019.
The fund Bankinter IBEX Rentas Garantizado, FI has an initial minimum subscription of 500 euros. It has also set a management fee of 0% until 15 March of this year, and 0.19% as of that date until maturity. The deposit fee is 0% until 15 March, and 0.10% from that date until maturity.
The subscription period for this fund that has no purchase fee ends on 15 March (or until the committed amount has been reached). This fund will mature on 7 August 2025.
Bankinter IBEX Rentas Garantizado, FI is aimed at unit holders with a conservative profile who wish to maintain their investments over a medium- to long-term horizon. The fund also has half-yearly liquidity windows, with the possibility of reimbursement on that day with no commission and at a market price.
