Bankinter in the TOP 3 of best companies to work for in Spain, according to Actualidad Económica
Bankinter has been selected as one of the "100 Best Companies to Work for" in 2024, according to the prestigious ranking prepared by the magazine Actualidad Económica. In this edition, Bankinter has made the biggest progress ever, jumping from seventh place in 2023 to taking bronze. This list, published annually and open to companies that have been in Spain for more than two years and have a workforce of more than 100 employees, is made up of the firms that have obtained the best scores in five key parameters: talent management, remuneration and compensation, work environment, CSR, and employee training and appraisal. These indicators are evaluated by independent consultants and experts in human resources through a questionnaire.

ISO 45001 is the highest-level international standard for occupational risk prevention and specifies the requirements for providing a safe and healthy workplace, eliminating risks and encouraging health promotion and protection.

Bankinter, the most sustainable Spanish bank according to TIME magazine
Bankinter has been named one of the most sustainable corporates in the world and the number one Spanish bank, according to the ranking carried out jointly by Time magazine and the independent market research company Statista. In this first edition of the ranking, where 500 corporations from more than 30 countries were analysed, Bankinter appears in the top ten Spanish corporates.
Corporates are evaluated on more than 20 indicators related to sustainability, such as emissions reduction, gender diversity and external employee rotation, as well as adherence to international commitments and ratings such as the CDP, United Nations Global Compact, GRI and TCFD.
Bankinter maintains its ISO 22301 business continuity and ISO 27001 information security certifications
As every year, since 2008, when Bankinter was the first Spanish financial institution to receive simultaneously the ISO 22301:2012 and ISO 27001:2013 Certificates, our Business Continuity and Information Security Management Systems have been assessed by the independent certifier British Standards Institution (BSI). In 2024, as a result of this assessment, Bankinter has renewed its ISO 27001 certification, and passed the annual review of the ISO 22301 certification in force.

Bankinter has joined the list of the most valuable brands in the Spanish market prepared by the consulting firm Kantar, “Kantar BrandZ 2024”.
