Remunerations
The current remuneration policy for Bankinter's Directors, is applicable as from its approval by the Annual General Meeting on 21 March 2024, and for the following three financial years, 2025, 2026 and 2027.

Principles of the Bankinter Group's general remuneration Policy
To determine the company's Identified Staff, the Board of Directors, at its meeting of 21 January 2015, at the proposal of the Remuneration Committee, approved a policy for determining the identified group, which was subsequently amended on 20 October 2021. This policy establishes the criteria for determining the members of staff or categories of staff whose occupations have a significant impact on the risk profile of an institution, taking into account the criteria set out in Delegated Regulation (EU) 2021/923 of 25 March 2021 supplementing Directive 2013/36/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council.
