(1) Bankinter S.A., commits to maintain the amount of overcollateralization requiered by S&P Global Ratings to hold the rating for Bankinter covered bond program with the maximun potential collateral-based uplift.

S&P Global Ratings applies a plus (+) or minus (-) sign in categories AA through CCC to show relative standing within the major rating categories.
