In 2022 Bankinter developed new advertising campaigns, held face-to-face and online events with customers, prepared commercial support material for the launch of new products or services and provided innovative online tools for understanding customers' digital behaviour. In addition, the digitisation of all branch commercial brochures was completed, helping reduce our carbon footprint and facilitating the achievement of the Bank's commercial objectives.

In 2022, the events strategy was developed further as an opportunity to connect more closely with customers and prospects. As the most significant milestones in this area, more than 2,000 people registered during the year on the Bankinter CFO Forum, the platform for business-oriented content, and 600 people attended the live presentation of the first CFO Frontline Report, an analysis of the role of the CFO in Spain. In some areas (Wealth Management, Corporate Banking, Partner Banking, etc.), face-to-face events were also revived, combined with webinars and online seminars. In total, more than 90 customer events were held.
Moreover, in 2022 the necessary web content and materials were prepared for the promotion of Bankinter Investment, the new management company of collective investment vehicles that has been set up to allow customers of all income segments to enter into alternative investment, hitherto reserved for Wealth Management and institutional customers.
As a culmination of the work carried out, Bankinter won the Efficiency Award for the advertising trajectory of a brand, in recognition of its advertising strategy in recent years.
