Throughout the year, the bank has continued to create jobs and generate opportunities for both junior talent and more experienced profiles, while reinforcing initiatives aimed at the growth and professional mobility of the human team with programmes such as FuTUro, Bankinter Mobility and the Internal Trainers Certification.
Training remains fundamental and is structured through the Bankinter Corporate University, which, since its creation in 2013, has become the cornerstone of talent development within the entity. Its strategic learning model, based on face-to-face and online training, brings together different schools and a training offer that covers technical and regulatory content, commercial and digital skills, leadership and corporate culture.
In parallel, Bankinter offers a broad and competitive remuneration system and corporate benefits package designed to facilitate the personal life and professional development of employees. This system includes training assistance, insurance, personal loans and banking products under preferential terms, as well as food benefits adapted to the different schedules and types of workdays, among others.
Active listening to employees remains a key pillar. The Opina 2025 workplace climate survey has once again proved to be one of the Group's best practices, with a participation rate exceeding 82%, reflecting the high level of employee commitment and an organisational culture based on transparency and trust.
In 2025, Bankinter also continued to strengthen its commitment to the comprehensive well-being of its human team through various initiatives, such as the "Bankinter takes care of you" programme, recognised by national and international organisations, in addition to consolidating a pioneering model in security, physical and emotional health and healthy habits, endorsed by the ISO 45001 certification and the "healthy company" distinction.
