Bankinter has launched a new CRM tool for use by its wealth management experts and financial agents, as well as managers of other segments of the Bank. The tool will allow these professionals to manage all of their customers' real estate-related needs more quickly, efficiently and comprehensively, whether searching for assets to invest in or assisting them throughout the entire sale process.
In short, the tool will optimise customer service, facilitate real estate activity tracking and recording both properties and demand more efficiently.
The service is targetet Bankinter's wealth management customers and encompasses all types of real estate assets: housing, commercial premises, residential buildings, hotels, offices, estates, retirement homes, industrial warehouses, car parks, tourist apartments, etc., whether exploited or vacant, in prime areas of large cities and with a market valuation starting at 1 million euros.

The current base includes more than 300 real estate assets.
