I would like to think that the human team from the financial department is essentially focusing their efforts on supporting and helping the rest of the organisation, and the rest of the people at Rotecna.
The department also plays an important role in providing information to the rest of the company in a timely manner.
Another very important function of CFOs and other departments is to contribute to the optimal development of business processes, which is becoming increasingly important as part of the digitalisation process all companies are currently undertaking.
It is clear to me that CFOs and finance departments have a vital role to play, together with other departments. They obviously play a vital role for digitalisation.
