Renewable Energies PERTE Podcast
57:00

The Renewable Energies PERTE, which promotes green hydrogen and photovoltaic and wind power in Spain, is already under way. In this podcast we explain how to capitalise on the opportunities this PERTE can offer your company.
The PERTE for Renewable Energies, Renewable Hydrogen and Storage (ERHA), approved on 14 December 2021, provides for a total investment of 16.37 billion euros to help companies in their energy transition, and to create up to 280,000 jobs, both direct and indirect.
The total investment will be distributed as follows: 6.92 billion euros will be from public funds and 9.45 billion euros from private investment.
It focuses on one of the core areas for European funds, the Energy Transition and progress towards net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. This is a strategic objective for the EU that will account for 40% of the NextGeneration funds.
