HOW TO APPLY

If you are not a Bankinter client yet, open an account.
And if you still do not have access codes for our website, request them now.

Become a client in just three steps.
  1. Request an account, the number of which we will give you instantly.

  2. Please send us the following documents as applicable in your case:

    For residents:
    • A photocopy of a valid document accrediting your identity (Spanish National ID/Tax ID Card, passport, residence card...).
    • The forms corresponding to signature recognition and personal identification duly filled out..
    • Document accrediting the professional activity of the holders and authorised persons.
      If you are employed please provide a photocopy of one of these documents: last pay slip, work contract or company certificate.
      If you are self-employed we will need a photocopy of any of these documents: Social Security payment receipt for autonomous workers; VAT return; Personal Income Tax withholdings, quarterly or annual, accordingly.
      Accreditation is not required in the case of housewives, stockholders, pensioners, students or unemployed persons.

    For non-residents in Spain:
    • A photocopy of a document accrediting your identity (Spanish National ID/Tax ID Card, passport...).
    • The forms corresponding to signature recognition and personal identification duly filled out..
    • Declaration of Tax Residence.
    • And if you are a Spanish non-resident, a photocopy of a valid Consular Certificate of Residence.
    • Document accrediting the professional activity of the holders and authorised persons.
      If you are employed please provide a photocopy of a document accrediting your identity (Spanish National ID/Tax ID Card, passport, residence card, etc.).
      If you are self-employed we will need a photocopy of any of these documents: Social Security payment receipt for autonomous workers; VAT return; Personal Income Tax withholdings, quarterly or annual, accordingly.

  3. We will send you the code card which will allow you to operate via the Internet or Telephone Banking.
For security reasons, both your account and the code card will remain blocked until we correctly receive the documents required to formalise your application.

Access Codes:

Comprised of a username and password, personal and non-transferable, that will allow you to consult and perform transactions with your accounts online. You only need to be a Telephone Banking client and have a code card.
