FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 1. HOW DO I PAY MONEY INTO MY E-ACCOUNT?

To pay money into the e-account you have just opened online, you can transfer money from an account in your name held with another bank.

 2. WHAT IS THE CODE CARD FOR?

It is a card containing letters and numbers. Every time you want to carry out a transaction (e.g. make a transfer), we will ask you for a coordinate from your code card. This is the method we use for confirming instructions. When you enter the coordinate, your orders will be carried out. The card is personal and non-transferable.

 3. WHAT ARE THE USERNAME AND PASSWORD FOR?

The username and password are the codes you will have to enter every time you want to operate online. They are a means of identification and a security measure. For this reason, we recommend that you keep your password safe so that no one else knows it.

 4. WHAT IS THE PAC?

The PAC (personal access code) is a four-figure number that we will ask you for every time you call our Telephone Banking Service.

 5. FORGOT YOUR EBANKINTER ACCESS CODES?

If you forgot your Internet codes or they are blocked, you can reactivate them by clicking on  Forgot your Internet codes?. You only need to remember your PAC (Personal Access Code for the Telephone Banking service) and have your code card at hand. If you do not remember your PAC, we will send a new one to your home address.
