By calling Bankinter's Telephone Banking Service, 902 88 88 35 you can make queries or perform operations related to your accounts. To be able to do so, you need a Personal Access Code (PAC) and a code card. It is available from Monday to Saturday, from 9 am to 6 pm

What is the difference between the Telephone Banking Service and Bankinter Reply Service?
By callingthe Telephone Banking Service, 902 13 23 13 you can make queries and operations regarding your accounts.

Bankinter Reply, 902 365 563, is the specific Bankinter service to resolve doubts or navigation problems on the web page Bankinter.com or the operations carried out on the Internet. Also, if you need web connection codes or you already have them, but you have forgotten them or they have been blocked, we can provide you with new ones. It is available from Monday to Sunday from 8 am to 10 pm.

What do I need to operate with the Telephone Banking Service?

No, you can only change it by calling the Telephone Banking service.

You can contact the Telephone Banking service from and they will mail you a new one.

What is a code card?
It is a card with letters and numbers, and each time you wish to perform an operation (make a transfer, for instance) with your accounts, we will ask you for a code from the card. This is how we confirm your orders. In other words, it is your electronic signature, to confirm any operation. The card is personal and non-transferable and you can use it to perform operations in all the accounts where you are either the holder or authorised.

What is the code card's reference number?
It is what makes it different from the rest. Each card contains a unique combination of codes, and with the reference number, we will know that the card belongs to you.

What should I do if I lose my Code Card?
If your card is lost or stolen, call the Telephone Reply Service at 902 88 88 35 as soon as possible so that we can cancel it. We will immediately generate a new one and mail it to your home address.
The code card is personal and non-transferable, as it is your e-signature for performing operations over the Internet or using the Telephone Banking Service. For security reasons only you have the original, therefore, this information is not available on the web.
