Bankinter launches new app for its corporate banking customers

The new app is designed to help companies and their representatives carry out daily financial transactions.

With an easy-to-use design, the app allows customers to check and authorise their company’s (or companies’) transactions.

Bankinter has taken another step further in its value proposition for corporate customers with the launch of its new mobile app. The new Bankinter Empresas app considerably improves customers’ ability to manage their daily transactions. Its functions include the option of electronically signing for transactions on behalf of companies where customers are listed as authorised representatives.

The app also offers a number of other functions, such as a graphic, visual display of customers’ global positions and their account balances and transfers. Furthermore, it lets customers check their recent account activity, including transactions they have authorised or cancelled during the day as well as transactions that are subject to available funds or a liquidity limit, or that have not yet been authorised via electronic signature.

The option of authorising transactions from a mobile device is one of the main advantages of this app. Customers may always access the electronic signature option in app’s bottom menu. When accessing this menu, customers will see a list of transactions without their electronic signatures for each company they select. From this list, customers may select one or several transactions to cancel or authorise with their electronic signatures.

The app allows for ‘multi-company’ electronic signatures to authorise transactions. Users authorised by several companies may visualise all their transactions together by type (transfers, payroll, cheques, etc) and sign for various transactions from different companies all at once.

This new app adds to Bankinter’s value proposition to customers from the Bankinter Empresas website, a particular ‘microsite’ through which companies can interact with the bank and carry out all their financial transactions.

Bankinter’s corporate and enterprise banking business is one of its main business lines, contributing to 30% of the gross income of Bankinter Group.
