Bankinter has partnered with the Fundació Princesa de Girona (FpdGi) for the opening leg of its 'Talent Tour', which kicked off in Malaga on Monday. This FPdGI initiative aims to stimulate young talent and give young people opportunities for professional and personal growth through different activities, which are goals fully supported by the bank.

As part of this approach, the Talent Tour is taking place, with its first leg running in Malaga until tomorrow, 10 March. The bank is sponsoring this leg of the Tour and is also partnering with speakers at the various planned workshops and conferences for the young people invited.

The Talent Tour is mainly made up of three pillars. The first focuses on interactive formats, providing young people with opportunities to attend lectures, workshops, and networking and open-door events. The second revolves around inspiring content, which provides attendees with access to training and talks about career paths, the digital world, personal branding, entrepreneurship, soft skills, sustainability, wellbeing and education. As part of this pillar, Bankinter is partnering on a number of activities around sustainability, carbon footprints and investment by providing bank representatives.

The final pillar relates to networking opportunities, which young people are encouraged to use to make professional contacts, both in person and digitally.

Bankinter is part of the FPdGi board of trustees and is represented on it by the bank's chief executive officer, María Dolores Dancausa.
