Bankinter launches a no-fee account with 1% AER payments
The offer, which can be taken out through the bank's digital channels, is available to new customers until 30 June only.
The account has no remuneration limits, charges no administration or maintenance fees, and does not have any direct-debit requirements.
Bankinter has launched a new current account which can only be taken out at bankinter.com and offers a 1% interest rate from the first euro paid in and for all types of amounts.
This open account, which can be taken out until 30 June 2023 by new bank customers only, will charge no administration or maintenance fees and has no direct-debit or minimum-balance requirements.
The account includes a debit card which charges no administration or maintenance fees and can be used for taking out cash free of charge at more than 17,000 ATMs throughout Spain.
Bankinter's new 1% digital account boasts many of the other options available with other types of bank accounts, such as setting up direct debits, transferring money free of charge using online banking or the app to anywhere in Spain, accessing and using all contact channels (website, app, telephone and offices), and accessing Amazon gift vouchers (with savings of 1.5% on purchases), as well as many other perks.
