Bankinter develops a cybersecurity awareness portal for customers and non-customers


Bankinter has set up a new cybersecurity awareness portal on the Bank's website, open and accessible to everyone – customers and non-customers, individuals and corporates, adults and minors – aimed at promoting a culture of digital security in every walk of life: financial, professional and daily.

 

The space brings together all the communications and recommendations that Bankinter has been providing to customers regarding digital security for some time, boosting user knowledge and awareness of the importance of preventing these types of risks.

 

With a simple and intuitive navigation structure, the portal includes clear and practical content on the most common digital threats (phishing, vishing, smishing, Qrishing, etc.), as well as recommendations for action and prevention for customers, relatives and corporates; bibliography and educational audiovisual material; tips and updated protection tools; and even immersive and interactive experiences for users to test and improve their cybersecurity knowledge.

 

The website includes all the phone numbers and contact and support channels available to the Bank's customers if they are the victim of any type of fraud or scam involving their accounts or cards.
