Show/Hide legal text1 Invite a friend Promotion valid until 30 June 2024 for the first 1,000 new customers who open and activate a Salary Account, Non-payroll account; Professional Account; Pension Account or Youth Salary Account within the said period and maintain the account requirements for one year.
This campaign is aimed at individuals who live in Spain and have never previously benefited from this remuneration. The recommender or current customer must be an employee of a Partner branch. The promotional code delivered by the entity may not, under any circumstances, be shared on online platforms (social networks or internet platforms). If it is, inappropriate use of the promotion will be understood to have taken place and Bankinter will cancel the code. Payment of the €50 to the friend and the existing customer will be made the day after the account is activated. The recipient will be required to pay the relevant taxes on the gift as well as any tax withholding or payment on account that Bankinter may be legally required to make. Payments received qualify as monetary income subject to tax withholding and payment on account. As monetary income, the withholding tax base will be calculated by increasing the acquisition value or cost for Bankinter by 20%. Bankinter will carry out the withholding and payment on account in accordance with applicable law. In the event of failure to comply with the terms and conditions of a marketing campaign resulting in you having to “repay” some or all of the amounts paid, this will be charged to your account based on the gross amount paid to you at the time. All of the above is without prejudice to any specific tax law and regulations in effect in Navarre and the Basque Country. This promotion cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. -

In order to earn and retain all the benefits of our Salary/Business/Pension Account, you must maintain your declared level of income and pay at least three (3) bills by direct debit per quarter. The card linked to the account must also remain active, meaning that it must be used to make at least three payments each quarter. For the Pension Account, you do not have to activate the linked credit card. For the Non-Salary account, you must pay at least 10 direct debits per quarter and spend at least €3,000 per year with the card(s) linked to the account.
