Treasury bills, or 'treasury letters' as we call them in Spain, are debt securities that the government issues at a discount. In other words, the difference between the acquisition price and the amount that will be received at maturity is the return generated by the investment or treasury bill.

Investing in treasury bills has multiple benefits:
