How I do request a new coordinates card?

You need a coordinates card to view your finances and perform remote transactions. If you don't have one, you can request one by calling Telephone Banking on 91 657 88 00 (or +34 91 657 88 00 if you're calling from abroad).

You need a personal access code or PAC to call Telephone Banking. Don't worry if you can't remember it. You can easily retrieve it as follows:

  • Log in to Mobile Banking and select “Personal”/My details; or go to the website, select the drop-down menu for your name and click “My details”.
  • Go to “Login and settings” and click “Edit”: you can edit your username, password and PLC.

Remember: we'll ask you for a coordinate and a security code that we'll send by SMS to your phone to confirm all your transactions.
