How do I return a bill or cancel a direct debit?

For both Mobile Banking and the website:

  • On the “Global position” screen, select the debit account for the bill.
  • Select the transaction you want to undo.
  • Click on “Return bill”.

Once you have returned the selected bill you can also cancel the direct debit if you want to. The ways we do this are as follows:

  • Go to the “Direct debits” option.
  • Select the one you want to cancel.
  • Click “Online banking/Cancel'”.
