If you've decided to transfer your direct debits to Bankinter, then you've already done the hardest bit.
What's a direct debit?

Set up your direct debit in 3 easy steps
Choose account, alias and bill type
- Select the account where want to set up the direct debit.
- Create an alias to easily recognise your bill, e.g. “electricity”.
- State the type of bill you want to register: utilities, telephone...
Attach the bill
- Upload the bill or invoice pdf for which you want to arrange the direct debit. You can attach one or several bills in the same step.
Signature with security code
- Once you have authorised it, we'll notify the change to the issuers of your bills. You can check and manage the status of all your direct debits from the monitoring area.

What bills or payments cannot be direct debited?
Municipal taxes (IBI, IVTM, IAE and Municipal Rates) are not processed online.

How do I view, amend or cancel a direct debit?
- Access your private area.
- Your "Global Position" has a menu with "Frequent transactions".
- Click on "+transactions".
- Find the "Consult direct debits" option in "Direct debits and receipts".
- Once there you will be able to view all the direct debits currently active. In addition, you can modify or cancel the management.
Return, download or request a duplicate of a bill
- On the "Global position" screen, select the debit account for the bill.
- Select the transaction you want to return.
- Click on the option you want "Return, download or request a duplicate of the Receipt".

For all transactions, such as its return, call the Insurance Specialists number 917 932 415.
The maximum term for returning a receipt is 8 weeks (50 days).
