For both Mobile Banking and the website:
- On the “Global position” screen, select the debit account for the bill.
- Select the transaction you want to undo.
- Click on “Return bill”.
Once you have returned the selected bill you can also cancel the direct debit if you want to. The ways we do this are as follows:
- Go to the “Direct debits” option.
- Select the one you want to cancel.
- Click “Online banking/Cancel'”.
